Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium

We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium on orders of €50 or more.

For orders below €50, shipping costs are €3.95.

Orders placed and paid for before 10:00 p.m. on working days will, whenever possible, be dispatched the same day. The estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days. Only working days are included when calculating the delivery time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing a tracking code. You can use this code to follow the status of your order.

Please note that it may take some time before the carrier updates the tracking information.

Has your order not arrived within the stated delivery time? Please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to check the delivery status for you.

Shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium

For orders shipped outside the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs depend on the destination country and the rates charged by the carrier.

Track your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking code. You can track your order using the link in this email.

100-day return policy

Returns and exchanges are possible within 100 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn and unwashed and must still have their original labels and packaging. Items may only be tried on over your own underwear. We cannot accept items that smell of smoke, perfume, pets or other strong odours.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. You can register your return and create a shipping label through our returns portal.
