Of course you can simply exchange/return the products with us.

In case of defects or other issues, we ask you to contact our customer service.

For exchange or return, articles must not be stripped of original labels, must be in original product packaging and must not be worn or washed. Fitting is only allowed with your own underwear underneath. Products should not be smells from smoke, pets or perfume. The shipment must be securely packed (unfortunately we cannot accept damaged product boxes / products) and sent with postage prepaid to:

Add your invoice/packing slip or a note with your details to your return and indicate which products you want to exchange/return and for which products/size.

Unstamped items are accepted, however the costs for returning the items are passed on to the customer. The costs will then be higher than you are normally used to, as PostNL charges extra costs. Please state your order number in all correspondence.

When we have received the products in good condition, they will be exchanged and shipped to you free of charge or refunded to you for returns. It can take about two weeks to process a return.
