Right to Cancel

1. Statutory right to cancel: 14 days

You have the right to cancel this distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, physically receive the goods. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. If a product is delivered in separate instalments, it runs from receipt of the last instalment.

To meet this deadline, you only need to send us a clear cancellation statement before the 14-day period expires. You do not need to have returned the goods within that first period.

2. How to cancel your order

Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel the whole order or specific items, for example by email or letter. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to.

You do not have to use our returns portal to exercise your statutory cancellation rights. You may also cancel before your order has been delivered.

3. Effects of cancellation and refunds

If you cancel the entire contract, we will refund all payments received for it, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We do not have to reimburse any extra amount you paid for an upgraded delivery option.

We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fee because of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of returning them, whichever happens first.

If you cancel only part of an order, the refund for the cancelled items and any relevant outward delivery charges is governed by the applicable rules for partial cancellation; it is not necessarily the same as cancelling the entire order.

4. Returning the goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us that you wish to cancel. You meet this second 14-day period if you send the goods before it ends.

You must pay the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the law requires us to cover those costs.

You may be responsible for any reduction in the goods' value caused by handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Simply opening ordinary product packaging or removing a tag does not, on its own, automatically remove a statutory right to cancel.

5. Statutory exceptions

Statutory exceptions apply to some products. For example, genuinely sealed products that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene may be excluded once their seal is broken, but only where the relevant legal conditions are met.

Underwear is not automatically excluded solely because it is underwear. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

6. Model cancellation form

Complete and send this form only if you wish to cancel your contract. A clear email or letter is also sufficient.

Additional voluntary 100-day returns policy

In addition to your statutory cancellation rights, Sloggishop offers an additional voluntary returns policy lasting a total of 100 days from receipt, subject to separate conditions. This is not an extra 100 days after the statutory period. The voluntary conditions do not restrict statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights.
